Colorado Springs is one of the harder places in the country to keep concrete looking good. We sit above 6,000 feet with intense UV, we swing from bone-dry to sudden snow, we run more than 200 freeze-thaw cycles a year, and much of the Front Range sits on expansive clay soil that swells and shrinks under every slab.
